Centre opening hours (shops must be open between these hours at a minimum):
Monday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Tuesday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Wednesday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Thursday: 9.00am - 8.00pm
Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Sunday: 10.30am - 4.30pm
Bank Holiday: 10.00am - 5.00pm
Redecoration is permitted however final approval will be given by the Landlord. Please do detail how you envisage the space looking in the booking request. Parking is available on site however needs to be planned long advance with the Centre Manager.
A damage deposit of £1000 or more will be required by the landlord when hiring this space. VAT is applicable on this space.
This space is on the market for long term lets, therefore it will be difficult the landlords to accept anything longer than 4-8 weeks in advance and any booking over 6 weeks will be on a Tenancy at Will.
