The price advertised is for hires between 0900 - 2300 on weekdays, at weekends further costs will apply.
Please note that for the foreseeable future the property is not available for art exhibitions or for the sale of items on site
No painting without prior approval - please note that if unfamiliar, it can take numerous coats to reinstation to brilliant white.
Any drilling will have to be reinstated.
For evening events security will be required at an additional cost of £17+VAT (per guard) an hour, they have to work an mimimum of 5 hours and always has to be 2.
There is no alcohol license in place and no Temporary Event Notice's can be applied for until May at the earliest, subject to Landlord confirmation.
For bookings longer than 2 days there's potential room for negotiation.
A damage deposit of £500 or more will be required by the landlord when hiring this space.
