As you can see from the pictures the windows run the length of the shop and jump out onto Newington Green. If you want more space the landlord can increase this by a further 1.5/2m in depth for an additional charge.
The types of people coming to the area vary. During the daytime it's awash with families and at night the younger people come out to play. With notice the landlord is happy to stay open late if you want to hold a couple evening events.

Rules of The Space
The shop is open between 10am to 6pm.
Ideally you are present throughout however if the landlord is asked to process any sales on your behalf they will charge a small commission to cover their time and card-machine charges.
It is asked that you have your own products and public liability insurance. A very standard form that many insurers such as Hiscox are able to provide.
A small deposit of £200 will be be held by the landlord in the event of any unfortunate damages. VAT is applicable on the total price of the space.
