No changes to the space without written approval.
Unfortunately, no painting is allowed.
There's currently no power points in the space. In order to set up a lot of power the Landlords will need to hire their in house team to set this up. This can take a few weeks and also cost anywhere from a few hundred pounds up to £2000 to arrange, depending on requirements.
You will need to have all plans, designs, schedules prepared at least 2 weeks in advance for the Landlords to approve. As a complicated site last minute changes cannot always be approved in time so we recommend planning as best as you can as to not be disappointed.
A damage deposit of £1000 or more will be required by the landlord when hiring this space.
VAT is applicable on this space.
This space is on the market for long term lets, therefore it will be difficult the landlords to accept anything longer than 6-8 weeks in advance and any booking over 6 weeks will be on a Tenancy at Will.
